?? We’re hiring an Integration Technical Lead (DevOps / Software Integration)

We’re looking for an Integration Technical Lead with proven experience leading technical teams and driving complex integration initiatives in production environments.

This role is designed for a technical leader who has already guided teams, owned critical technical decisions, and worked closely with clients and stakeholders, while remaining deeply involved in the technical execution.

?? Your role
Lead and guide technical teams during integration initiatives, providing direction, support, and technical ownership.
Act as the main technical reference for integration and deployment topics across the project lifecycle.
Drive technical decisions that impact delivery, cost, stability, and solution quality.
Collaborate closely with project leadership and clients to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Participate in client-facing activities such as technical alignment sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support teams during critical delivery moments, especially production deployments and release windows.

?? What you’ll do
Lead and execute end-to-end software integration and deployment across environments, from local setups to client production.
Take ownership of production deployments, managing risk and ensuring stability and performance.
Define and drive integration strategy, deployment models, and operational best practices.
Support software industrialization through non-functional testing (load, stress, resilience).
Design, integrate, and operate SOAP and REST services, ensuring security, versioning, and performance throughout the SDLC.
Work with microservices architectures from a DevOps perspective: observability, resiliency, security, and automated deployments.
Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines.
Drive automation using Linux-based scripting.
Define and maintain deployment plans, installation guides, and technical documentation.
Mentor and support technical team members on integration and operational topics.

?? Required technical background
Strong experience with Linux and shell scripting.
Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with application and web servers (WildFly, Spring Boot, ESB, Node.js or similar).
Proven experience integrating and operating APIs and web services.
Containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid background in DevOps practices and CI/CD.

Knowledge of software architecture, load balancers, and infrastructure security.
Linux or Kubernetes certifications.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum).
