Are you an engineer who loves to code but also thrives on solving complex technical challenges for real-world clients?
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a strong Developer DNA to join a fast-growing U.S.-based Proptech Startup. This is not a traditional support role; it is a high-impact hybrid position where you will bridge the gap between product engineering and client success.
The Role:
• 60% Product Engineering: Resolve technical debt, optimize PostgreSQL structures, and enhance our gamification engine and reporting dashboards.
• 40% Client Technical Support: Act as the technical point of contact for complex integrations, data cleansing, property mapping, and bug fixing.
Your Technical Stack:
• Mobile: Strong proficiency in React Native.
• Backend: Solid experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Data: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (relational table design) and Hasura / GraphQL.
• Infrastructure: Comfortable with Auth0, GCP, and BigQuery.
