Requirements
Must have:
• Hands-on experience developing, implementing, and supporting solutions using webMethods and Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong analytical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
• At least 5 years of experience in analysis, technical design, development, testing, implementation, and support
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience participating in meetings with customers, end-users, managers, developers, and analysts to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Ability to analyze applications to understand logic and business rules and implement enhancements
• Experience performing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments
Nice to have:
• Experience with enterprise system integrations
• Familiarity with complex database environments
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and support applications using webMethods and Oracle PL/SQL
