As an Associate Attorney at BairesDev, you will provide legal support to various departments and business operations. You'll research and analyze legal issues, draft and review contracts and agreements, help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assist with legal matters under the supervision of senior legal counsel.

What You Will Do:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
- Research and analyze legal issues affecting the company's operations.
- Prepare legal memoranda and provide counsel on compliance matters.
- Assist with intellectual property protection and management.
- Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with business teams to address legal needs and mitigate risks.
Lean, Agile,What we are looking for:

- Law degree and admission to practice law.
- 1+ year of experience in corporate law, technology law, or related practice.
- Knowledge of intellectual property, contract, and employment law.
- Experience with international business transactions preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Advanced level of English.
