As a Financial Analyst at BairesDev, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making. You'll work with various stakeholders to evaluate financial performance, create forecasts and budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth across the organization.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide variance analysis.
- Support business units with financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and business cases.
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Advanced level of English.
