As a Junior Odoo Developer at BairesDev, you will support the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions for clients. You'll work with experienced developers to configure modules and customizations, and ensure system functionality while developing your skills in Odoo and business process automation.

What You Will Do:

- Assist in configuring and customizing Odoo modules and features.
- Help develop custom modules and extensions using Python and ORM.
- Support implementation of client-specific business processes.
- Aid in integrating Odoo with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Learn and apply best practices in Odoo development.

What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience with Odoo development or Python programming.
- Basic knowledge of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Familiarity with Python, ORM, and MVC patterns.
- Understanding of database design and XML.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Good level of English.
