As a Junior SQL Server DBA at BairesDev, you will support the database administration team in managing and maintaining SQL Server environments. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals to configure servers, implement backup strategies, and ensure database availability while enhancing your skills in SQL Server administration.

What You Will Do:

- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server instances.
- Help implement backup, recovery, and high availability solutions.
- Support database security, access control, and compliance measures.
- Aid in monitoring server performance and resolving database issues.
- Collaborate with team members on database maintenance plans.
- Learn and apply best practices in SQL Server administration and optimization.

What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience with SQL Server administration.
- Basic knowledge of database management, security, and backup procedures.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and related tools.
- Understanding of high availability options, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good level of English.
