As a Junior SQL Server Developer at BairesDev, you will support the database team in creating and optimizing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals to design database structures, implement data models, and ensure efficient data access while enhancing your skills in SQL Server technologies.

What You Will Do:

- Assist in writing and optimizing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Help design and implement SQL Server database schemas and data models.
- Support data migration, integration, and ETL processes.
- Aid in troubleshooting performance issues and query optimization.
- Collaborate with team members on SQL Server best practices.
- Learn and apply advanced techniques in SQL Server administration and programming.

What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Basic knowledge of database design principles and normalization.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and related tools.
- Understanding of indexes, execution plans, and query performance concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good level of English.
