As an Operations Analyst at BairesDev, you will analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision making across the organization. You'll work with various departments to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to map and optimize business processes.
- Support project management initiatives and process improvement efforts.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational changes and new procedures.
- Present findings and recommendations to management teams.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with project management and workflow optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Advanced level of English.
