As a Solution Architect, you'll lead technical delivery in client accounts, conveying the value of our delivery model, engaging in high-level technical discussions, recommending innovative software delivery approaches, and providing expertise in best practices. Your role also includes active collaboration on proposals. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for architecting technology solutions, join us in shaping the future.

What You Will Do:

- Manage technical delivery in existing accounts, working closely with account management and technical leads.
- Deeply understand the value proposition behind our delivery model and effectively convey it to both existing and potential customers.
- Engage in high-level technical discussions regarding software development and delivery, ensuring the best solutions and team compositions.
- Provide estimations and offer innovative approaches to software delivery, with a focus on team structuring for successful software delivery.
- Offer expert guidance on software delivery best practices, encompassing CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, UX, and other critical roles vital for achieving software delivery excellence.
- Collaborate actively on RFPs/RFIs and be an integral part of RFP/RFI presentations and defense.

- 8+ years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle, actively contributing to software development projects with collaborative teams.
- Demonstrated leadership with over 3 years of experience in leading software development teams to success.
- The ability to design and implement innovative technology solutions is highly valued.
- Subject Matter Expertise in 1-2 verticals is desirable, with profound knowledge and extensive domain experience in at least one.
