We are looking for a Bilingual Dispatch Support Specialist to support daily transportation operations and help ensure the smooth execution of dispatch activities. This position is ideal for someone with experience in logistics coordination who can effectively manage operational priorities, solve problems quickly, and maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Support the coordination and execution of daily dispatch operations.
Assist in managing shipment schedules and ensuring timely service delivery.
Monitor freight movements and provide updates on shipment status when needed.
Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact dispatch performance.
Coordinate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
Help oversee dispatch activities and support team productivity and service standards.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational requirements.

Qualifications
Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong English communication skills.
Previous experience in international dispatch, transportation coordination, or freight operations.
Knowledge of logistics workflows and dispatch management processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
