About the Role

Responsibilities
Oversee, guide, and motivate a team of customer support representatives on a high-volume outbound project.
Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance quotas.
Provide feedback and coaching to improve the team's sales skills and objection-handling techniques.

Requirements
