    What You'll Do:

    - Build and maintain automated QA systems to validate campaign data, audience lists, and message content before launch.

    C++ Trainee at BairesDev

    You will be part of the team responsible for administering Jira and Confluence for the whole company. On a daily basis, you'll provide support and services responding to requests received through a dedicated Jira Service space. The different needs range from troubleshooting access and permissions, improving space configurations, to implementing new spaces and finding the best solutions in Jira or Confluence for our users' needs. Aside from that, you'll also have space to work on improvements or internal tasks identified for the team's benefit, other teams, or the whole company's benefit.

    What You'll Do:

    - Help end users with the different requests they submit.
    - Listen and understand users' pain points regarding the usage of the tools.
    - Implement solutions in the tools, following best practices and the standards defined in the Tasks Management Support Area and the company.
    - Contribute to improving and defining processes and standards, keeping the tools clean and tidy.
    - Guide the team on a daily basis on implementing the best solutions using the tool when providing support.

    What we are looking for:

    - 3+ years of experience administering Jira or in related positions.
    - 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
    - Good level of English.
