At Alianza Team, we are looking for a Marketing Lead with a strategic vision and a B2B mindset who wants to drive specialized solutions for the animal nutrition industry. You will develop value propositions that address current sector challenges: efficiency, sustainability, and new protein sources .
You will be part of an environment where expert knowledge, innovation, and presence in multiple geographies translate into tailor-made solutions for global clients.

YOUR PURPOSE IN THE TEAM: To lead the marketing strategy for the animal nutrition segment, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening the positioning of our solutions, and accelerating expansion in international markets.



YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES
- International Expansion: Design and implement marketing strategies with a focus on Europe and North America.
- B2B Business Vision: Deeply understand the needs of clients in the animal nutrition industry and transform them into high-value solutions.
- Growth in Animal Nutrition: Drive the development of strategic categories (proteins, concentrates, functional solutions) within the sector.
- Strategic Articulation: Connect commercial, technical, and R&D teams with clients to enable business opportunities.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- Education: Professional degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
- Experience (key): More than 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably developed in companies within the animal nutrition sector, leading B2B strategies and growth in this industry.
- Sector Knowledge: Solid understanding of the animal nutrition market (desirable experience in aquaculture or protein).
- Languages: Advanced English (essential).
- Other requirements: Valid Passport and American Visa.
- Skills: Self-management, resilience, strategic thinking, and results-oriented focus.
