  • Job Description:

    A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is typically responsible for the early stages of the sales process, focusing on prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients for the sales team. Also a strong focus on creating customer service strategy, customer follow-up and offering customer service solutions in white label, private label, etc.

    Activities description:

    -Identify and reach out to potential private label and white label clients in the U.S. market.
    -Develop the service strategy for the client in terms of holistic solutions in white label, private label, etc., together with the follow-up, advice and support to the client in order to obtain the solution required by the client.
    -Act as a salesperson by pitching the company’s manufacturing capabilities to prospective clients.
    -Have a deep understanding of the products being manufactured, including features, benefits, compliance, and customization options.
    -Educate clients on product options and manufacturing capabilities.
    -Develop tailored proposals that align with client needs, including MOQs, quotes, packaging options, and timelines.
    -Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals effectively.
    -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
    -Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction throughout the manufacturing process.
    -Work closely with R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met.
    -Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events as needed to network with potential clients and showcase the company’s capabilities.

    Requirements:

    -Professional in sciences with emphasis in sales and customer solutions projects, bioengineering, marketing/sales, business administration, or related careers.
    -Language required: English, B2 or above.
    -U.S. visa.
    -At least 4 years of relevant experience

  • Objetivo:

    Ejecutar las actividades técnicas y operativas requeridas en el laboratorio en el desarrollo de procesos de investigación, docencia y servicio garantizando el cumplimiento en el cuidado de los animales de acuerdo con los estudios desarrollados asignados en la Unidad de Biología Comparativa.

    Actividades:

    -Realizar el cambio de cajas de alojamiento e insumos para el cuidado de los modelos animales,
    -Realizar la desinfección y lavado de las superficies de las áreas del bioterio.
    -Supervisar de manera directa y permanente a los animales del laboratorio, suministrando agua, alimento y pesaje de los animales de acuerdo a los tratamientos asignados por el médico(a) veterinario(a)
    -Brindar apoyo en la toma de registros: temperatura, humedad relativa, instalaciones, actividades de manejo y demás registros acorde al sistema de gestión de calidad.
    -Preparar los insumos y elementos de laboratorio para los procedimientos rutinarios del área relacionados con cirugía, toma de muestras, inoculación de sustancias, entre otros.
    -Realizar el cuidado y mantenimiento de los equipos de alojamiento de los animales relacionados con los procesos de limpieza, desinfección, filtros y toma de registros de funcionamiento de los mismos.
    -Preparar y esterilizar los elementos como comida, camas, elementos de protección personal para las actividades de manejo con los animales dentro de los procesos de investigación.

    Requisitos:

    -Técnico en auxiliar de veterinaria y zootecnia, técnico en producción animal, técnico en laboratorio de biología o ciencias y otras profesiones asociadas a las labores mencionadas o al área de ciencias.

  • Job Description:
    The Preclinical Researcher will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing in vitro cell-based, biochemical, and molecular biology assays to generate high-quality data that supports lead selection and optimization. This role requires hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture, biochemistry, and molecular biology techniques. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and reproducible findings that support the advancement of drug candidates.

    Key Responsibilities:
    -Plan and execute in vitro studies to characterize mechanisms of action, efficacy, and toxicity, including but not limited to cell viability, cytotoxicity, proliferation, apoptosis, and target engagement.
    -Culture and maintain mammalian cell lines (adherent and suspension, primary cells are a plus) using aseptic technique and establish 2D and 3D models as needed.
    -Perform biochemical and molecular biology assays (ELISA, qPCR/RT-qPCR, Western blot, flow cytometry, gel electrophoresis, immunofluorescence)
    -Design and execute peptide studies, including handling, solubility and stability assessments, and activity assays.
    -Analyze and interpret data with rigorous statistics (IC50/EC50 curve fitting, t-tests, ANOVA, and appropriate multiple-comparison controls) and generate precise figures and technical reports to inform project decisions.
    -Collaborate cross-functionally to transfer assays, support formulation compatibility screens, align in vitro findings with in vivo pharmacology, contribute to study plans and timelines, and present results to internal teams and leadership.
    -Author protocols within the preclinical studies area, ensuring clarity, reproducibility, regulatory alignment, and version control.
    -Support administrative tasks related to study execution, including sourcing and purchasing of cell lines, reagents, consumables, and instruments, as well as handling vendor communications and quotation requests
