Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Product and Client teams to design and build new features for mobile and web products.
• Design, scale, and A/B test proprietary algorithms that curate and price inventory to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain reliable APIs (both external and internal) capable of supporting upwards of 500K RPM.
• Lead end-to-end technical projects, from ideation to production launch.
• Contribute to team growth by promoting engineering best practices and sharing knowledge through tech talks.

Requirements
• 6+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend server language (Go, Ruby, Python preferred).
• Production experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, Redshift).
• 3+ years of experience with a major cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration systems.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools.
• Proven experience building high-throughput, fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
• Fluent English level.
Bonus Points
• Experience with ad server technology (RTB systems, matching inventory between suppliers and consumers).
• Experience building microservices and event-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Build and maintain robust data models using DBT and SQL.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to support BI and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with BI Engineers and Data Analysts to ensure high-quality reporting.
• Support the data product team by ensuring reliable, scalable, and well-documented data solutions.
Requirements
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in cloud databases (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
• Data modeling expertise, with a strong preference for DBT.
• Experience building, maintaining, and supporting data pipelines.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proficiency in Python and data orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, or similar).
