Devops engineer (remote)

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our client’s fintech team and play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining a secure, scalable infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud environments, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration.


Responsibilities
Design, automate, and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
Build, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters using Docker, Helm, and Rancher.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub, including security testing (SAST/DAST).
Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
Implement container security and hardening strategies.
Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
Collaborate closely with development and security teams to support efficient deployment and delivery.
Mentor mid-level engineers and promote DevOps best practices.


Requirements
5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Proven expertise in Terraform and complex cloud infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Rancher.
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation with GitHub Actions.
Experience in monitoring and observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
Strong knowledge of container security and best practices.
Familiarity with multiple databases (SQL, NoSQL).
AWS certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
