    As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will be responsible for international travel arrangements both for our clients and employees, showcasing your expertise in understanding diverse cultures, time zones, and travel regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will be anything but routine, ranging from booking flights and accommodations to coordinating transportation and crafting detailed itineraries. The key to your success will be in building strong relationships, as you work closely with stakeholders to establish trustful, meaningful, and professional connections across all areas of the company.

    What You'll Do:

    - Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and many other services according to requirements and budget needs.
    - Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
    - Analyze, coordinate, and manage existing processes, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
    - Maintain awareness of the rules and regulations regarding various travel methods and requirements, including passport and visa laws, travel regulations of governments in many destinations, and tariffs.
    - Lead visa strategy executions, arrange and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials.

    What You'll Do:

    - Lead and manage a team of Account Managers.

    Must have
    5+ year´s experience as a Project Manager leading initiatives in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
    Experienced owning end-to-end delivery of cross-team initiatives with fixed timelines and executive visibility.
    Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working to effectively collaborate with Scrum-based development teams (not a dedicated team Scrum Master role).
    Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams and departments.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive audiences.
    Experience working with engineering managers, software development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

    This role excels in coordinating multiteam project initiatives, ensuring alignment across distributed development teams, identifying and managing cross team and cross department dependencies, and maintaining clear communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The ideal profile is proactive, structured, and able to drive clarity and progress across complex initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with engineering managers, business stakeholders, and cross functional teams, including participation in executive level meetings.

    Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and bank reconciliation processes.

    Experience: Two years. Previous experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable is preferred.

    Systems: Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or BOSS is an advantage.

    Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.

    Communication: Ability to interact effectively with clients, banks, and internal teams.

    Languages: Intermediate to advanced English level.
