    Diseñar, construir y optimizar soluciones basadas en modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y automatización inteligente, integrándolas con datos reales y sistemas productivos. El objetivo es crear implementaciones funcionales, escalables y mantenibles, alineadas a necesidades de negocio.


    Responsabilidades
    · Diseñar y optimizar prompts funcionales orientados a procesos, análisis, clasificación y automatización.
    · Integrar soluciones de inteligencia artificial (LLMs, automatización inteligente, análisis predictivo) con datos reales y sistemas productivos.
    · Asegurar una integración efectiva de IA con procesos reales (flujos operativos, validaciones, resultados medibles).
    · Documentar modelos de datos, integraciones y flujos de información para facilitar escalabilidad y mantenimiento.
    · Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para traducir requerimientos en soluciones de datos e inteligencia artificial.
    · Probar, ajustar y mejorar continuamente los resultados generados por IA según feedback y métricas operativas.

    Requisitos (Obligatorios)
    · Experiencia comprobable trabajando con herramientas de IA generativa / LLMs (implementación y ajuste).
    · Experiencia comprobada en creación de prompts de alto impacto.
    · Capacidad fuerte de análisis y diseño lógico para procesos y automatización.
    · Experiencia integrando herramientas o soluciones con APIs, webhooks y datos.
    · Documentación técnica clara (procesos, flujos, entradas/salidas).
    · Inglés fluido (profesional y escrito) para comunicación técnica ya que debe tener comunicación diaria con nuestros programadores europeos.

    Se valora como plus
    · Experiencia con herramientas de automatización (n8n, Make, Zapier).
    · Conocimientos básicos de Python o scripting para pruebas y conexiones.
    · Experiencia en proyectos con datos, analítica o integraciones empresariales.
