    Buscamos un(a) Partner de Gestión Humana que actúe como aliado estratégico del negocio, liderando procesos clave de talento humano y contribuyendo al desarrollo de equipos de alto desempeño en la organización.

    ¿Cuál será tu propósito?

    Garantizar la implementación de estrategias integrales de Gestión Humana que impulsen el desarrollo organizacional, la atracción y fidelización del talento, el bienestar laboral y el cumplimiento normativo, promoviendo una cultura organizacional cercana, ágil y orientada a resultados.

    Responsabilidades principales
    Liderar el proceso completo de reclutamiento, selección y contratación.

    Gestionar procesos de bienestar, compensación y experiencia del colaborador.
    Asegurar la correcta administración de personal (nómina, novedades, seguridad social, desvinculaciones, entre otros).
    Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normatividad laboral y del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST).
    Actuar como punto de contacto para colaboradores, brindando acompañamiento y soluciones oportunas.

    Perfil que buscamos
    Profesional en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
    Especialización en Talento Humano, Desarrollo Organizacional o áreas relacionadas (deseable).
    Mínimo 5 años de experiencia, con al menos 4 años en roles similares.
