    As a Talent Sourcing Manager, you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to help achieve BairesDev's hiring goals. This role places you at the forefront of managing and guiding a team of leaders, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for the hiring process. You’ll work closely with other area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes updated and aligned with business needs.     Key Responsibilities

    The Client Services Governance Auditor is responsible for reviewing post-sales client interactions and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and early risk detection. You'll focus on auditing several processes such as calls, meetings, and CRM updates to identify risks, missed opportunities, and deviations from expected standards. On a daily basis, you'll analyze recorded interactions, document findings in a clear and structured manner, and escalate relevant insights to Governance leadership.

    The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to objectively assess complex situations while maintaining a business-oriented mindset. You'll play a key role in protecting client relationships and supporting continuous improvement across Client Services.

    What You'll Do:

    - Audit client-facing interactions and processes, including calls, meetings, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure adherence to Client Services Governance standards.
    - Identify and document risks, missed opportunities, and process deviations that may impact client satisfaction, delivery stability, or revenue.

    As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to help achieve BairesDev's hiring goals.
