Bilingual Operations Manager – Bogotá

A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Bilingual Operations Manager (English – Spanish) to lead and oversee operations at its service center in Bogotá.

This leadership role is responsible for overall operational management, team leadership, stakeholder relations, operational performance, and service excellence.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and experience managing high-performance operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Manage and develop multidisciplinary operational teams.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor operational performance metrics and service levels.
Prepare management reports and performance indicators (SLA compliance).
Manage operational budgets, vendors, and facility resources.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization.
Requirements

Full bilingual proficiency required: English and Spanish.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience leading teams of 30+ employees.
Strong background in operations management and service delivery environments.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
