Como Especialista en Facturación y Cobranzas en BairesDev, gestionarás procesos de cuentas por cobrar, asegurarás la generación oportuna de facturas y coordinarás esfuerzos de cobro para mantener un flujo de efectivo saludable. Trabajarás estrechamente con clientes y equipos internos para resolver discrepancias de facturación e implementar estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia de cobro, manteniendo relaciones positivas con los clientes.
Qué harás:
- Generar y procesar facturas en tiempo y forma. - Monitorear informes de antigüedad de cuentas por cobrar e identificar cuentas vencidas. - Contactar clientes vía teléfono, email o carta para cobrar pagos pendientes. - Investigar y resolver discrepancias y disputas de facturación. - Colaborar con equipos de servicio al cliente y ventas para abordar cuestiones relacionadas con pagos. - Mantener registros detallados de actividades de cobro y arreglos de pago.
Qué buscamos:
- 3+ años de experiencia en facturación, cobranzas o cuentas por cobrar. - Conocimiento de procesos de facturación y procedimientos de cobro. - Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación para interacciones con clientes. - Competencia en software de contabilidad y Microsoft Excel. - Atención al detalle y precisión en el mantenimiento de registros financieros. - Capacidad para manejar información financiera sensible de manera confidencial. - Nivel avanzado de ing
