As a Financial Controller at BairesDev, you will oversee accounting operations, ensure fiscal compliance, and provide strategic leadership to support organizational objectives. You'll manage reporting processes, supervise accounting staff, and implement controls to maintain the integrity of monetary data across the organization.

What You'll Do:

- Manage and oversee all accounting and finance operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and maintain fiscal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Lead budget preparation processes and coordinate with department heads for planning activities.
- Supervise accounting team members and provide guidance on complex transactions.
- Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in controllership or accounting roles.
- Knowledge of GAAP, reporting standards, and accounting principles.
- Experience with corporate systems and ERP software.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex monetary data and provide strategic insights.
- Advanced level of English.
