Accounting lead

Key Responsibilities
Review and approve vendor invoices, travel and expense reports, purchase orders, and intercompany invoices
Review and approve account reconciliations, P&L statements, and journal entries
Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate and support internal and external audits
Prepare and submit financial reports, tax filings, and annual license/registration renewals
Reconcile client media commissions and ensure compliance with tax processes
Collaborate closely with the billing team and cross-functional departments to ensure efficiency and financial control
Lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal financial controls

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Over 4 years of finance and accounting experience, including 2 years leading projects.
Advanced English level B2 – C1, given the need for daily communication with the U.S. team.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in Excel/Office and ERP systems (D365, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statements.
Ability to handle high-volume transactions and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
