About the role:
As a BI Analyst, you will support the Financial Settlement team by automating processes and controls. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, while promoting BI and reporting best practices across the organization.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau.
Collaborate closely with team members by contributing ideas and providing support throughout the project lifecycle, including testing and validating final outputs.
Ensure data quality and foster trust in the accuracy and reliability of delivered information.
Provide training and self-service support to Tableau users to encourage adoption and efficiency.
Promote BI and reporting best practices, and support the implementation of standardized processes across the organization.
What you need to succeed
Student or professional in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
1–2 years of professional experience, including internship experience.
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial settlement processes.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau is required.
Intermediate to advanced English level.
Knowledge of Python is a plus.
