  • As a Talent Sourcer, you will support our Global Talent Acquisition team by building strong and diverse talent pipelines across global regions. This position is responsible for providing strategic insight, data analysis, and market intelligence to support global recruitment efforts. The role focuses on identifying talent pools, optimizing sourcing strategies, and supporting recruiters with actionable data to efficiently attract top candidates worldwide. , You will also confirm candidate information, and organize data for tracking in our ATS. Your ability to be detail-oriented, accurate, and structured will be key to succeeding in this position.

    What you will do
    Source, identify, and engage potential candidates to support global and local hiring needs.
    Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
    Review CVs and online profiles, ensuring accurate and consistent candidate information.
    Track and organize candidate details—including URLs and notes—in Excel, Google Sheets, and the ATS.
    Partner with global and local recruiters to understand hiring needs and align sourcing efforts.
    Conduct talent and market research to support sourcing strategies.
    Support diversity-focused sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
    Provide weekly updates and sourcing reports, contributing to data-driven decisions.
    Collaborate across time zones and adjust availability when needed for global meetings.


    What you need to succeed
    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
    Fresh graduates are welcome if they have 2–3 years of combined experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Assistant, or in a similar Talent Acquisition role, including part-time work, internships, or related student jobs
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing profiles and organizing candidate data.
    English level B2–C1 (written and spoken.

  • About the role
    As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security events, supporting security governance initiatives, following up Identity Access management (IAM), and supporting PCI DSS compliance and evidence documents across our platforms. You will collaborate with both technical and business teams across diverse business teams to maintain a strong security posture and play a key role in the ongoing protection of infrastructure, applications, and sensitive data.
    What you will do
    • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events from IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, and security alerts
    • Investigate suspicious activity, correlate logs, and assist in the escalation and containment of potential security incidents, if necessary.
    • Maintain and validate the security-related asset inventory, especially across payment infrastructure.
    • Support access control and user account lifecycle processes across internal and third-party systems as well as profiles management.
    • Provide input for the improvement of security monitoring rules, incident handling processes, and documentation.
    • Contribute to PCI DSS-related tasks and assessments by collecting evidence, validating controls, and supporting audit processes under BAU requirements
    • Monitor Third Party vendors that interact in the PCI DSS ecosystem on our environment
    • Overview of Policies, Standards, procedures over different security domains
    What you need to succeed
    • Bachelor’s or Technologist degree in Computer, Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Information Security, as a security analyst or similar.
    • Experience with security tools such as SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, etc.), IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms (EDR).
    • Working knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools and basic remediation tracking.
    • Basic Experience with access management principles and id
