About The Role



The Client Service Team (CST) is the revenue epicenter of our business. As a CST intern, you’ll gain firsthand exposure to a variety of industries and companies while identifying top-tier experts who bring the most relevant insights to our clients. Responsibilities



-Source and identify potential experts who align with client needs
-Conduct outreach via cold calls and online channels to engage top professionals
-Support multiple client projects with efficiency and attention to detail
-Ensure selected experts meet the specific requirements of each project
-Continuously develop your skills in communication, sales, and project execution

Requirements

-Final-year undergraduate student in any field of study
-Active participation in extracurricular activities is a plus
-Demonstrated interest in business and a results-driven mindset
-Strong English proficiency, including business vocabulary
-Proven ability to meet targets, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work
-A growth mindset—eager to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
