Are you passionate about social media, branding, and corporate communications?
We're looking for a Communications Analyst with experience in internal communications and social media management who is eager to help strengthen our employer brand and corporate identity through creative, engaging, and strategic communication initiatives.

What You'll Do?
As part of our team, you will:
- Design engaging visual content for social media and internal communication channels.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen our employer brand and corporate image.
- Create compelling, relevant, and brand-aligned content for both internal and external audiences.
- Ensure consistency in the company's tone of voice and messaging across all communication platforms.

What We're Looking For?:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications and social media management.
- Strong ability to create engaging written and visual content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

IMPORTANT: Candidates living in Northern Bogotá or nearby municipalities such as Chía, Cajicá, or Zipaquirá are preferred.
