We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to join our dynamic team at Teleperformance! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent multilingual communication skills to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Position: Customer Service Expert
Location: Bogotá - CONNECTA, Ac. 26 #92-32
Contract Type: Indefinite Term

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Uphold our company’s values and provide world-class service.

Requirements:
- Language Skills: English and Portuguese B2+.
- Experience in customer service or related fields (+1 year).
- High school graduation diploma or certificate (physical copy required).
- Flexibility to adapt to our schedules.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Schedule:
- Training: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Operations - Flexible operational hours: Work shifts between 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 2 days off | 42 hours per week

- Base Salary (Training & Operations): $3,307,000 COP/month.
