About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Director who understands that customer success is just as critical as new sales. You will lead our Bogotá team to dramatically improve customer retention, reduce defaults, and build a high-performing service organization that directly protects company revenue.
This is a high-impact role for someone who has experience managing both customer service and retention operations, and who knows how to coach sales teams to set up customers for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
Scale sales from 100 to 200/month by 2025, 300/month by 2026.
Cut cancellation rate from 25% to below 20% (target 15%).
Reduce default rate under 1% and improve customer retention.
Recruit, train, and manage a 25 to 30 person sales & service team.
Implement systems, training, and early intervention programs to sustain growth.
Required Profile
7+ years managing both sales and customer service/retention teams.
Proven track record hitting sales goals while keeping customers engaged.
Experience with payment plans, financing, and collections.
Background in LATAM call center/VoIP operations.
Native Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
Success Metrics
200+ sales/month sustained
High team engagement and low turnover
Compensation and Growth
Base Salary: $35,000 – $50,000 USD
Bonus & Commission: OTE $45,000 – $75,000 USD
