Must to have:
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
Strong knowledge of Power BI Service, DAX, and M queries.
Familiarity with Tableau structures to translate calculations and visualizations.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or Redshift. Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell for automation.
Experience using Power BI and Tableau APIs for integration and deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work and coordinate with technical and business teams.
Strong understanding of BI platform architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Experience with migration or transformation projects across business intelligence platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
Ability to prioritize workload, follow through on tasks, and deliver timely results.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, data engineering, BI engineering, or related technical fields.

Responsibilities
Design and execute the migration strategy for dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.
Automate deployment and configuration processes in Azure environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for publishing Power BI reports and datasets.
Ensure data security and governance through Azure Active Directory and role-based access policies.
Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to guarantee data quality and continuity.
Monitor and optimize the performance of migrated dashboards.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through automation, validation, and structured documentation.
Translate functional and business requirements into technical solutions that support scalable BI operations.
Ensure integrations and automations function as designed based on technical and business needs.
Follow defined development and governance standards, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy best practices.
