Overview: The Fullstack Jr. Developer supports the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal and client-facing applications within the Business Evolution area. This role contributes to both front-end and back-end development activities, ensuring platform stability, performance, and compliance with organizational and security standards.

What will your responsibilities be?
Application Maintenance & Support
• Provide maintenance and support to developed solutions to ensure service continuity for internal and external users.

Platform Updates & Optimization
• Keep services, libraries, dependencies, and platform components up to date, proposing alternative solutions when updates are not feasible.
Continuous Improvement
• Propose and develop enhancements and adjustments to existing platforms to ensure continuous improvement.

Development Planning
• Propose development schedules detailing tasks and ensure timely execution.
Cross-Team Coordination
• Coordinate with other area teams to support project delivery and incident resolution.
Internal Collaboration
• Communicate and work closely with other company teams regarding development and IT-related requirements.
Standards & Security Compliance
• Ensure compliance with organizational and security standards across all projects.
Documentation & Version Control
• Maintain updated technical and code documentation to facilitate understanding, reuse, and maintenance.
• Manage version control using Git (GitHub, Bitbucket).

Requirements:
Academic background: Minimum technical degree completed, technologist, or university studies in progress or completed in Software Development, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in similar application development roles. Professional internships or academic projects are considered.

Technical knowledge:
Backend: Express, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, Python – Intermediate to Advanced proficiency.
Frontend: React JS, Next JS, Hooks and Custom Hooks, state management with Redux, Zustand, or Context API, JSON and XML, React Router, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Sass, Styled Components, Axios, Fetch API, RTK.
Additional knowledge (desirable): Postman, version control with Git, Azure, Docker, Microsoft 365 Suite.
Languages: English B2.
Location: Colombia (open to any city).
