We are seeking a Head of Growth & Revenue Operations to lead integrated growth, acquisition, and revenue performance strategies. This role will be responsible for connecting awareness with measurable business outcomes through paid media, technical SEO, AEO, content initiatives, and conversion optimization.
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented leader with proven experience building scalable growth engines and revenue-focused operational structures.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth and revenue generation strategies.
- Manage paid media, SEO, and digital acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee content, AEO, and conversion optimization efforts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure efficient execution.
- Manage performance budgets, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Build scalable systems focused on measurable business impact.
Required Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or revenue operations.
- Experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, and acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with AEO, LLM visibility, and AI-driven discovery environments.
- Strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, operational, and decision-making capabilities.
Conditions
- Location: Remote (Colombia preferred).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: COP $30,000,000 – $50,000,000 per month, depending on experience and scope.
- Reports directly to the CEO.
