Job Summary
The Agency Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for our agency users, helping them resolve basic access and technical issues, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role is targeted at someone with a passion for technology, an interest in generative AI, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer support emails regarding:
- Basic account access issues (login problems, password resets, account setup issues)
- Basic technical issues related to the platform
• Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 support or technical teams as needed
• Perform administrative duties such as:
- Creating, updating, and maintaining team memberships within the platform
- Creating and maintaining workspaces for agencies or client teams within the platform
- Managing email distribution lists and user permissions
- Document common issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and generative AI trends
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain high satisfaction ratings

Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience in a customer support or help desk role
• B2+/C1 English level (mandatory) (Will be check during interview; If your don’t have the English proficiency please refrain to apply)
• Familiarity with generative AI tools or platforms, and a keen interest in AI technology
• General technical aptitude; comfortable with troubleshooting basic software issues
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with teams based in the United States, accommodating US business hours and schedules as needed (pacific time/eastern).
• Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshdesk) – nice to have.
