The HR Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst will lead process optimization, automation, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled transformation across HR Shared Services within GBS Américas.

This role will identify opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes, implement automation and AI solutions, improve operational performance, and enhance the employee experience. The position will partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, IT, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable transformation initiatives.

Reports to: Head of HR, GBS Americas

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR process analysis, redesign, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities across HR processes.
Design and implement automation solutions using technologies such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Develop and implement AI use cases including AI assistants, copilots, knowledge agents, and intelligent workflows.
Partner with HR Technology and IT on digital transformation, RPA, workflow automation, and system integrations.
Define and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop business cases and ROI analyses for automation and transformation projects.
Facilitate workshops and support change management, adoption, training, and communication initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to HR leaders on process excellence, automation, AI, and digital transformation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, GBS, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting.
Proven experience leading process optimization and transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with automation and digital solutions.
Experience working with HR Shared Services or Global Business Services is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
Experience with tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, Power BI, AI/Generative AI, HRIS/ATS platforms, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Advanced/Fluent English – C1 minimum mandatory.
Experience working with multinational and cross-functional teams.
