HR Operations Senior Analyst – Colombia
Client: Company based multinational pharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, manufacturing, and commercializing products for human and animal health. The company focuses on areas such as diabetes, obesity, oncology, immunology, and neuroscience, and is widely recognized for its innovative treatments for weight loss (Zepbound) and diabetes (Mounjaro), as well as for being a pioneer in insulin development.
The HR Operations Senior Analyst supports core HR operational activities in Colombia, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle, in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Support payroll and social security processes and resolve operational issues.
Manage employee documentation and respond to HR-related requests.
Administer HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Oversee learning and training operations and compliance.
Coordinate local HR initiatives and provide administrative support.
Conditions
English level: B2.
Contract duration: One year.
Salary range: COP $5,000,000 – $6,000,000 per month.
Hybrid working model.
