Requirements:
Must have:
Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
Experience working autonomously and independently
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Requirements management (User Stories, backlog, acceptance criteria)
Process modeling (BPMN, flow diagrams)
Documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Visio, etc.)
Desired Skills
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical skills and critical thinking
Organization and priority management

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements from clients or stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
Document current (AS-IS) and proposed (TO-BE) processes.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation (use cases, specifications, workflows, etc.)
Create, manage, and prioritize User Stories within the backlog.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA, architects) to ensure proper implementation.
Validate that developed solutions meet defined requirements.
Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes.
Update existing process documentation based on changes or enhancements.
Act as a bridge between business and technology.
