American Health Group S.A.S. is a Medellin-based healthcare growth and operations company building patient-centered brands that connect international patients with high-quality care in Colombia. Our flagship property, Colombia Smile Studio, is the company’s current primary growth focus. The person hired for this role will work directly on building and scaling Colombia Smile Studio, a premium dental tourism brand serving international patients who seek personalized care and a trusted experience in Medellin.

About the Role

You are the bridge between prospective patients and our clinical team. You own the patient journey from first consult through scheduled treatment. This is a consultative sales role in a premium dental practice serving international patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with prospective patients (primarily US patients)
• Review patient photos, X-rays, and records; gather complete case information
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to finalize the treatment plan and quote
• Present treatment plans and pricing clearly, handle objections, and close cases
• Follow up with unclosed leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email using our CRM
• Coordinate scheduling, travel logistics, and pre-arrival requirements for booked patients
• Track pipeline metrics: consults held, quotes presented, close rate, patients scheduled

Requirements

• Fluent English, spoken and written (required, this is non-negotiable)
• 3+ years in sales, patient coordination, or dental/medical front office
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Organized, responsive, and confident with CRM and messaging tools
• Dental knowledge (veneers, implants, crowns) strongly preferred

Compensation

• Base salary: 5,000,000 to 6,000,000 COP monthly, based on experience
• Bonus: 150,000 COP for every patient scheduled
