- Main Responsibility
Manage the ACC hub of ML1, including the folder structure management, file management, workflow management etc. Besides, the Junior engineer is supposed to suppot the BIM related works for both Design Stage and Construction Stage.
- Tasks:
CDE Administration: Permissions and set up of ACC modules (Files, Issues, Reviews and RFI'S)."
Manage and monitor the close out of handover workflows and issues.
Follow up or remind related parties the closure of all comments on the models and drawings, received from various parties.
File download, upload, sharing and statistics on ACC.
Train staff in the use and management of ACC tools.
Assignment and control of Autodesk package licenses.
Streamline works based on the machine languages (such as python, c-shar, etc.) is preferred.
To guarantee the compliance of the information sharing, following the established requirements and procedures based on ACC or other platform used in the project.
Participate in other work related to BIM or the control of documents
Suppot the BIM related works for both Design Stage and Construction Stage upon being requested

- Essential Requirements
Time of experience and areas
1 year of General experience in design stage and construction stage - Specific expertise in navisworks, civil 3d, revit, BIM360, ACC
Academic background:
Architectural Engineering and/or Civil Engineering and/or Railway Transportation and/or Mechanical Engineering and/or Eletrical Engineering and/or Santary Engineering
Knowledge : 1.Solid skill in the AEC collections, such as Navisworks Manage, Revit, Civil 3D. Also, the experience in BIM360 or ACC is mandatory.
2.Those who have participated in the metro line 1 project of Bogota before are speficially preferred.
3.Experience of working based on BIM360/ACC (Autodesk construction cloud) is preferred.
4.Skillful in data management based on Excel, knowing Power BI is preferred.
5.Familiar with the BIM design and BIM document control.
6.Skills in development based on BIM related platforms are specifically preferred. Familiar with machine languages.
7.Have basic knowledge of BIM technology and methodology systems, and relevant international standards.
