Lighting engineer

Work closely with the Project Manager and Field Staff to ensure that the project is proactively set up to be accurately executed and sufficiently documented.

Specific duties include:

• Oversee lighting design projects from start to finish
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, deadlines, and production milestones
• Maintain clear documentation and regular reporting
• Collaborate with vendors and creative/technical teams
• Provide updates and presentations to U.S. clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in lighting design, architecture, electrical engineering, interior design, or closely related field
• 4–8 years professional experience in lighting design or equivalent discipline
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam
• Confidence with AGI or Dialux for lighting analysis
• Familiarity with Airtable, Miro, Google Suite
• Experience with specification processes and construction documentation
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
