Requirements
Must to have:
In charge of all support tasks and monitoring team performance metrics.
Experience managing communication with L3 client DBA teams and internal teams.
Ability to manage incidents, including outside business hours.
Responsibility to ensure no outage time on services.
Main point of contact with customer counterparts.
Ability to coordinate and request inputs for migrations with the internal DBA team.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool.

Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day database administration tasks including support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Manage High Availability and DRP environments ensuring service continuity.
Oversee backups, restores, migrations, upgrades, and patching activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory security requirements such as SOX and HIPAA.
Act as the primary point of contact with L3 client DBA teams and internal stakeholders.
Lead incident management processes, including handling critical events outside business hours.
Guarantee zero outage times and ensure service stability.
Plan and coordinate activities for the DBA team.
Conduct deep analysis for migration processes and identify potential impacts.
Define rollback strategies and ensure risk mitigation.
Manage automation initiatives to optimize database operations.
Monitor team performance metrics and ensure adherence to service levels.
Update and maintain documentation, including KBAs.
Work with ServiceNow to manage tickets, changes, and incidents.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate migration inputs and tasks.
Foster teamwork, synergy, and continuous improvement across the team.
