Recruitment Analyst (English B2) - 100% Work from Home

We’re looking for a Recruitment Analyst to join our amazing team. You’ll be responsible for acting as a strategic link between Teleperformance and the candidate pool, transforming the selection process into effective recruitment management. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage 100% of assigned candidates daily, optimizing tools to maximize reach and meet hiring goals.
Quality Standards: Ensure high-quality standards in calls, appointment scheduling, and system logging.
Competitive Monitoring: Report on competitor activities and external factors impacting recruitment results.
Who You Are:
Education: High school graduate (Bachiller). University students or professionals in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
Experience: At least 6 months of work experience in recruitment
Bilingual: Advanced English level (B2 or higher) is required for this specific role.
Skills: Strong communication, solution-oriented mindset, process excellence, critical thinking, and an open mind.
