Remote sales representative (cold calling)

With a diverse portfolio spanning freight carrier services, fuel solutions, and consulting, we serve a wide range of clients in the USA and Canada. As we expand, we’re looking for driven sales professionals to join our growing remote team.

Salary: Base Salary 500 USD + Monthly Commission
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10 AM – 6 PM EST (9am-5pm, Bogotá).

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative (Fuel Card Program), you will:
- Drive B2B sales of fuel card products to trucking companies across the USA.
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls daily (cold calling).
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead prospecting to closing deals.
- Build long-lasting client relationships and trust in our brand.
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Experience in cold calling or working in a BPO environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Knowledge in ZOHO CRM.
- Accent training or experience communicating with US-based clientele.
- Strong phone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must have a laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, and headset.
