TP is looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst (BPO / Call Center) to support the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of operational performance indicators in a fast-paced call center environment.



This role is ideal for junior profiles, including students, technicians, technologists, or early-career professionals with initial experience in reporting, operations, or data analysis within a BPO setting.



What will your responsibilities be?

Monitor, track, and support the improvement of key operational KPIs such as quality, productivity, and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and deliver clear and timely reports for operational teams, account executives, leadership, and clients.
Support real-time monitoring of performance indicators alongside operations coordinators.
Generate operational alerts and communicate relevant insights to internal stakeholders.
Report technical incidents related to reporting tools or data availability to IT and support teams.


Requirements:

Students, technicians, technologists, or professionals in training in data analysis, systems, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / Call Center environments (reporting, operations, MIS, WFM, quality, or similar roles).
Interest in data analysis and operational reporting.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
Excel
SQL
Power BI
Python (desirable)
English level B2 or higher.
Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia (100% on-site).
