Requirements
Must to have:
6+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect specialized in .NET development.
Ability to lead project implementations and continuous follow up with technical and business teams.
Strong experience in discovery phases, business analysis, and solution proposal for ongoing projects.
Ability to support Latin America in defining solutions related to claims processes and integrating them with other systems across the enterprise ecosystem.
Experience designing and applying architectural design patterns for modern environments.
Ability to manage, prioritize, and make technology decisions across an application portfolio.
Experience supporting the adoption of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and best practices, including Domain Driven Design.
Ability to define and validate design artifacts and technical deliverables.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with development teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Knowledge of use cases and UML diagrams (component, deployment, domain, class diagrams).
Ability to design and communicate solutions through architectural diagrams.
Experience in process modeling, BPMN, and familiarity with workflow engines (desirable).
Knowledge of industry standard methodologies for software development and implementation (Agile, Waterfall, BI, Package Acquisition).
Strong experience working with Agile methodologies and project tracking in Jira.
Knowledge of integration architectures: API REST, messaging patterns, API Gateway, ESB, microservices, Pub/Sub.
Experience with event-driven architecture, layered architecture, clean architecture, onion/hexagonal patterns.
Knowledge in API design: OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth, API Management, and secure scalable API development.
Experience developing business logic in modern stacks (Spring Boot, Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
Experience ensuring non functional requirements: security, encryption controls, transactional control, failover, and DRP.
Experience with REST implementations; knowledge of SOAP/JMS (desirable).
Knowledge of application servers (WebLogic, JBoss, others – desirable).
Experience with Cloud Architecture, including service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), vertical and horizontal scaling, decoupled architecture (Front BFF API Back).
Knowledge of Azure Cloud: serverless, event driven solutions, containers, and Kubernetes (required).
Knowledge of infrastructure and technology: telecommunications, Windows/Linux servers, storage, backups, databases, and IT security.
Experience with AI and ML (desirable, Azure based).
Strong ability to work in collaborative and fast paced environments.
Conversational level of English.

Responsibilities
Manage solution architecture across claims related initiatives in Latin America, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and integration requirements.
Provide technical guidance to the claims development team to support tactical and strategic business objectives.
Design, document, and validate solution architecture artifacts based on functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with business, technical teams, architects, and leads to define, refine, and maintain architectural decisions.
Support the implementation, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
Analyze functional specifications and translate them into clear and structured technical specifications.
Ensure integrations and architectural components function as intended and meet quality standards.
Conduct unit and integration testing for designed interfaces and architectural components.
Support incident management, integration monitoring, and resolution of technical issues.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, proper documentation, and compliance with security and privacy standards.
Promote and adopt Enterprise Architecture frameworks, Domain Driven Design, and architectural best practices.
Define KPIs and quality indicators for architecture programs under responsibility.
Follow data governance, development standards, and integration best practices.
Work collaboratively with Dev, QA, SecOps, and other cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
