About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer / Developer to join one of our international client teams. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes across sales, operations, and customer experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering, to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. This role offers exposure to global projects, modern Salesforce practices, and strong professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Customize and optimize Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects).
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
Apply best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements.
Participate in deployments, code reviews, and environment management.
Document solutions and support continuous platform optimization.

Requirements

Around 6 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer / Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce Flows.
Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Understanding of DevOps concepts for Salesforce (CI/CD, Git).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, etc.).
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with U.S.-based or distributed teams.
