Must to have:
Senior-level expertise in SAP WM (Warehouse Management) solution design and implementation.
Strong hands on experience in SAP WM configuration, customization, and integration.
Ability to conduct gap analysis and propose optimized warehouse process solutions.
Proficiency in developing functional design, system architecture, and detailed process documentation.
Experience collaborating closely with clients to understand business processes and operational needs.
Strong knowledge of related SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM and understanding of cross module logistics processes.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) environments.
Proven track record in full cycle SAP WM implementation and delivery.
Experience leading SAP WM projects and coordinating with global, cross functional teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and functional problem solving skills.
Ability to diagnose warehouse issues across user errors, master data, configuration gaps, integrations, and technical components.
Experience managing incident triage, L2 functional analysis, issue severity classification, and recurring issue elimination.
Capability to work with integrations involving 3PLs and EDI processes.
Ability to produce functional specifications, testing documentation, training materials, and post go live support artifacts.
Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, end users, and project teams.
Ability to work in fast paced and complex warehouse operation environments.
Experience implementing small enhancements, configuration adjustments, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities
Lead SAP WM solution design, configuration, customization, and module integration.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and business process analysis with stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis and define system processes aligned with warehouse operational needs.
Develop detailed functional documentation, architecture designs, and process flows.
Manage end to end SAP WM implementation, coordinating with teams across MM, SD, PP, and EWM.
Oversee project milestones, ensure timely delivery, and maintain client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot SAP WM issues including cross module and integration boundaries (IM/MM/SD/PP/QM/EWM).
Perform rapid issue triage, validating transaction steps, RF device behavior, bin/storage type details, HUs, deliveries, TO/TR, and master data.
Execute L2 incident management tasks such as functional analysis, log verification, document flow review, and workaround definition.
Classify issues by severity (P1–P4) and determine operational impact, resolution urgency, and escalation path.
Lead problem management by identifying recurring issues and proposing permanent fixes such as strategy tuning, validation controls, retraining, and master data improvements.
Support integrations with 3PL partners using EDI frameworks and monitor interface behavior.
Execute change requests and minor configuration enhancements to optimize warehouse processes.
Provide training, knowledge transfer sessions, and end user guidance.
Deliver go live support, stabilization activities, and post implementation improvements.
