*What you will do
Assist management with the implementation of new financial projects to obtain a timely and accurate result.
Support all local requirements for the year-end of each of the LATAM countries.
Be responsible for the execution and completion of the internal and external audit for LATAM.
Support the development, implementation and improvement of policies, procedures and internal control standards.
Collaborate across Finance, OPS, HR area to increase efficiency in accounting/financial processes and strengthen interfaces between areas.
Prepare, reconcie, and analyze expenses, revenue, variances and balance sheet accounts for LATAM.
Execute the assigned processes for the pre-closing and closing activities to obtain timely and accurate results for the LATAM month financial closing.
Propose improvements for accounting processes, finding possibilities to automate according process.
Provide meaningful reports/presentations/analysis and required information for the managed projects/tasks
Act as finance business partner
Poste of GL documents with appropriate supporting documentation for LATAM
Coordinate accounting functions in other countries
Communicate with other areas to detect improvements in common processes.
Support the chief accountant, Financial Controller and Finance director when needed

*What you will need to succeed
Graduated Public Accountant.
Specializations (plus)
Advanced skills in General Ledger accounting and Financial statement preparation
IFRS or US GAAP knowledge
5+ years of proven experience in similar positions.
Advanced Excel skills (especially in Pivot tables, vlookup functions).
Knowledge of NetSuite and Cognos (plus)
Advanced English level
