What are we looking for?

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate preferred.
ITIL, Microsoft, AWS or VMware certifications are a plus.
Palo Alto or Cato Networks certification is beneficial.

Experience
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services.
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Azure environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, GPOs, and SQL Server.
Experience with cloud security principles, identity management, and access controls.
Familiarity with Aruba Cloud, Palo Alto Networks, and Cato Networks.
Familiarity with managing AWS assets
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is a plus.

Cloud & Server Management:
Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Manage Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, SQL, and Azure Stack).
Manage Cloud Hosted Linux Servers (Redhat, Alma, Mint, Unbuntu)
Perform cloud migrations, deployments, and integrations with hybrid environments.
Optimize cloud costs and performance through effective resource management.
Support disaster recovery, backup solutions, and high-availability strategies.

Infrastructure & Security:
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Manage network security solutions, including Palo Alto Firewalls and Cato Networks.
Implement patching and monitoring processes for cloud and on-premises servers.
Support network architecture design and optimization, particularly within Aruba Cloud environments.

IT Operations & Support:
Provide 3rd Level Support for the Service Desk team.
Document and standardize IT processes, including runbooks, designs, and automation scripts.
Train and mentor IT support staff in troubleshooting and best practices.
Work collaboratively with the IT Architecture team to implement new solutions.
Participate in IT projects, including onboarding new technologies and services
Collaboration & Compliance
Ensure all implementations align with global IT standards and governance.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and processes.
Participate in security audits and compliance assessments.
Contribute to the development of cloud strategies aligned with business goals.

Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, networking, and security.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical processes.
Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
